When i worked feedlots we based most of that stuff against corn silage. So if the RFV of triticale is 85% of the rfv of corn silage its worth 85% of whatever corn silage is worth. A ton of corn silage in the field i think is 8 or 9 times the price of a bushel of corn. That was in WY so local rates may differ slightly but thatd be a place to start.
