Do you know if any data that describes how the speed of the airstream with respect to the boom affects droplet shear?

That would be nice to know a guy could use that as another factor when deciding what nozzles to use for a given task. If I know my mean droplet size is going to decrease by 30% due to shear, maybe I’d choose a courser nozzle for a given job.
