Yes, you can wire the POINT into ISOBUS on a 1990 drill.
The Scale-Tec POINT is ISOBUS compatible, in addition to having Bluetooth and it being a display. A big value is mounting the POINT at the back of your drill so you can see the weight when loading the drill, and see the weight inside the cab via ISOBUS when running through the field.
