Most likely you’re going to need a customs broker for something like that. Lots of paperwork like emissions, certificate of origin and probably some other things. I used A.N. Deringer a few years ago. The girl on the other end was absolutely fantastic and handled everything. I had called around to several brokers because this is the first time I had done that. The first broker, when I said farm tractor I might as well have said spaceship or Time Machine. She started rattling off all kinds of fees that were adding up quickly, to the tune of four or $5000. When I called Deringer they handled the whole thing for about $350.
