You call the dealer and they bring a complete assembly out and swap it out with yours.
That being said, in the C series there was I believe an update and they were more trouble free.
Ours is pushing 4,000 hours now and both were taken care of early in it's life by the first owner, but since we have had it for the last 2500 hours, all we have done is service them yearly.
There's always some glitter, but no leaks yet and it's been like that for over a decade now.
We also use synthetic 50W.
In my opinion they're something to monitor and maintain, we check for leaks every time it's in the shop, but if maintained, I would think by now any that were troublesome have been rebuilt at least once by now. | |
