Madison Co. Virginia
Follow up question -- The labels are mostly talking about direct-sown onions, saying you should apply the spray to the soil surface after the seed has germinated but not come above ground yet. I thought I saw another label that mentioned Prowl being safe up to the six-leaf stage, but I can't find that one now.

What would be the proper practice for transplanted seedlings like these? Immediately after transplanting, when I'm finished with all soil disturbance, apply the spray to the soil (seedlings will get it too)?
