You have a lot of algae. I was gonna suggest crawling in and cleaning. I’ve power washed the inside of a poly water supply tank many many times. I haven’t seen your tank but I’d still try to do that somehow. If it was a water only tank (no chems ever) and you can’t get in or out somehow , find a 13 year old that doesn’t mind the work and pay the heck out of him.

Another good option might be to sell yours and get a new black one. Until I finally bought black tanks, I used copper sulfate , kept mine inside as much as possible and power washed it every year before putting it away.
