| Had a late frost years ago, most everything turned out okay, except where I went to no till right after planting tilled. The problem was I didn't set my down pressure up right away and where I planted across tracks and a few hard spots on about 15 acres and the seed didn't get placed deep enough evenly. The result was the shallow plants ended up dying do to the hard frost getting the growing point, deeper seeds came right threw it. Replanted it a few weeks later due to thin stand and it did well. | |
