If you're going to rent it out, shares generally work best unless you're in a crazy rent area, so you're going to benefit from the fertilizer. We're not far from you and I'd rent on shares if I had to rent ours out tomorrow. Just my $.02, your mileage may vary, just what I've seen. Potash would be a given I'd think.
