The Ag Leader modules the guy is asking about aren't ISO,

I made a statement, "If your equipment is ISO 11783 compatible, and he has an ISOBUS connector on his tractor, then it should work," but never got a reply from Kelly.

Right, but a few of us have said those were not ISO compatible, and I can appreciate you trying to educate on ISO standards, but in this case you may muddy the waters for a future reader of this thread. Ag Leader planter modules are NOT ISO 11783 compatible with the exception of the newest ISO Liquid module.

John Deere, and to some extent CNH, has made people think that if the plug looks like ISO, it must be ISO, and that is NOT the case, as you well know. I have seen plenty of instances on Deere displays, and a few on CNH displays where an ACTUAL ISO 11783 compliant implement would not work on their displays, usually due to software mismatches on the CNH side, and just Deere plain not being ISO compatible on theirs.

I always say 2016 for CNH, and usually 2017-2018 to be 100% sure it's ISO on the Deere side. Before that, it could be, or could not be...been there.

Appreciate the info, but again, for clarity's sake, Ag Leader Planter modules are NOT ISO Compatible.

Chris
