 Eastern Washington State | Winter canola is pretty tough, if it had already bolted I'd be more concerned, but even then it usually recovers. We get temps in the single digits during winter and the canola does just fine. We often get a freeze during bloom and the plants still recover from that.
You don't need very many plants to get full yield potential. If you have 1 plant per every 2 square feet that's plenty and you will be fine. | |
