Because once that mark it there, just like a planter mark, you don't follow every little curve. You drive so it glides under your seat. That way your rows look straight and stay somewhat uniform along the fence. Have you ever had your marker break your mark get erased and you try to watch your outside unit along with the last pass? That doesn't work well either.
If you think an 11 shank ripper and a 24 or 36 row planter go along the fence the same, then I really have nothing else to say to try to convince you. | |
