My suggestion would be to grid sample it. Correct what deficiencies you can afford to correct this year and plow it no till after that. The amount of biological activity in that soil Will withstand one year of tillage events. This gives you a chance to move naturally stratified nutrients from the time in CRP plus any added fertility that you may need.

This will set you up for a successful long-term no-deal field for the next decade.

I've done both personally. I've no-tilled into CRP and I plowed CRP.
