Two more "thinking outside the box" ideas....

1) I don't know if you still have a corn planter or not..... You could take, say, a couple 1000 feet and plant some long season corn, to harvest the stalks for Halloween decorations.  For your enjoyment, or to sell.  You could start small, and grow the area, as demands increase;

2) You could take an acre or two, or three,  and plant some corn to build a corn maize. I'm guessing you can get ideas how to build a corn maize on You Tube; if not, I'd bet you could get ideas how to do it here on AgTalk.
