I agree a separate holding or dummy account for ach or other direct electronic payments isn’t the worst idea.
Talk it over with your bank along with what kinds of protection are in place for ACH transfers if any? How can a payment be recalled and what kind of time framer. I’m guessing it’s separate from a wire. Similar but not the same.
