In a 6-3 ruling the Supreme Court has ruled the Tariffs imposed through the IEEPA are illegal. Congress has the power to tariff in this manner. It is unclear what will happen to the 130 plus billion in tariff revenue that has already been collected. This action does not cover all tariffs, just the one invoked under IEEPA.
