20 miles west of Indianapolis Indiana | Years ago ya needed bunch of kids to help with labor. Now someone’s worried if they have more than one it’ll ruin their life/inheritance.
To me this seems extremely petty and as if someone is worried they won’t inherit everything from the prior generation, and want to have a “chosen one”. Sounds like a great way to limit your own personal satisfaction in life and have a real mathematical likelihood of being “let down” when he/she didn’t want to farm. |
