EC SoDak | And before you say it, yes, I know “winter is the best time for a drought.” However, the drier areas aren’t where it rains consistently. I’ll never forget the farmer from Ohio that couldn’t believe his record crops and where it came from a few years ago. Ask how much rain they got, 35”…. lol
