Why get hung up on the farm continuing?
The money can give a leg up in another business or investing.
It also can also be a curse.
I do know that many times the siblings that stay get shorted with an equal split.
I have also seen the sibling that stay get more than they earned.
It is just a matter of the personalities involved.
