Southern MN | You have a valid point and I agree with what you are saying. Some heirs are talented in other things and an equal share may allow them to build their own legacy. Point well taken.
With that being said, over the years, at least in my career path, I’ve always found it interesting because when the farm wife has said “ it is either me or the farm”…I think the farm has won every time. It just goes to show the pull of the farm and why some of these legacy decisions are done the way they are. | |
