It would require major structural changes of the American labor and government welfare system, and that most likely will not happen until things get desperate in this country. So I agree getting them to work is nigh impossible. Still an interesting read on the long term impacts of government aid, the unemployment system, the effects of women joining the workforce, etc.
What will the economic fallout be from deporting.. say 4 million people?
