The Missouri River is far from an east/west divide. That is almost ludicrous. Its 250 miles from the Missouri in northern ND to the valley. By that scenario just as well say there's 20,000 eastern valley land acres for sale.
Not sure how Fessenden can be called Eastern ND. Central maybe.
Don't think I'd call Valley City eastern either.
Definitely not Valley land.
