The Traill county ground for sale close to me has some very good ground, and then some rather tough ground. So overall highly variable. The best ground probably has the potential for 200+ bu corn and 50 beans in good years. But….. this is ND. soooo…..you have to figure what mother nature has in store, she likes to give a big old reality check every few years.
