the nail in the coffin of this farm was leaving it to the siblings to be BOUGHT OUT,,,that is just plain dumb,,,no way can a farm survive that kind of treatment families businesses that have been wealthy for generations are so simply because they do not do that to the heirs
I agree and mentioned that above.
Also I’d suggest starting without even the 20% you started with. 10/10 recommend, good times
