From the article it seems they all want the farm to continue as one entity, just no one wants to farm it the way Don is. In this situation it would require agreement on the plan from all 5, also probably little or no annual check for a few years while it gets going but from the article it sounds like they're not getting a big check now anyway.

Sounds like it has a lot of woods. Could sell hunting leases, that's a hot item where I am. Could possibly log part of the woods. They just put 40 acres in CRP. So could be some cash to distribute while the cattle operation gets going...
