Thurston County, NE | The first year that SCO was available to be purchased was 2015. The first year that ECO was able to be purchased was 2021. Our agent gave us updated charts with that info. Not many purchased it the first years of the program. Surprisingly payments differed across county lines. Greatest chance of payout is with a high spring price in 2026 and declining price into June of 2027 for those 2 programs. Good luck. I will likely just stick with 85% RP EU. | |
