SW WI		Absolutely….

I don’t get….old guys hanging on, with no heirs that have a remote interest in the actual work, they just want the $

Give them the effing $ by selling to a young guy that actually wants to farm….

Ohhh….boo hoo, capital gains. Heirs are still receiving a substantial gift via no work…

There’s ways to minimize capital gains…..if you don’t want to hide behind that crutch.
