Anderson County Kansas | There was 16 billion appropriated by Congress for SDRP. If 6 billion went out in phase 1, 2 billion goes out in phase 2, they still have 8 billion left to payout. It’s appropriated solely for this program so will be used for it. I thought I heard some senators sent a letter to Rawlings asking her to expedite phase 3. That was a while back haven’t heard anymore. It sounds like after phase 2 they will know how much is gone, how much is left and revisit 1 and 2 paying out the remainder. | |
