Yah, ECO is based off the county yield and price. It's for the top end or what is considered the "shallow loss" portion. So your own multi-peril policy uses your yields to get you to that 75% or whatever level you've chosen.........and then ECO picks up from there to the higher percentages. But those are based off of your county as a whole.
