Subject: Do farmers get subsidized crop insurance?

Sw mn
My vote is we don’t, but insurance companies do. The government has never wrote me a check to subsidize my crop insurance.

I know it’s semantics.

Next year let’s wright the check to the farmers and let them choose if they want to buy insurance. Only the ones the banker forced to buy it would be writing a check.

In all reality I think they should just eliminate the subsidies, we could still purchase insurance. Would be cheaper in general due to the fact whenever the government gets involved cost increase exponentially. Health care, day care, roads…… all expensive due to the government.
