Pretty provocative thinking.
Reads to me more like wishful thinking by someone holding bitcoin in a precipitously falling market trying to come with any justification for it to have value to humanity. Spoiler alert: humanity knows deep down it’s valueless, and so does the author.
He says “… that requires market value. not sentiment. not belief. but a market value deep enough to support global credit creation without fragility.”
Bitcoin is nothing but belief. It has, and will remain, devoid of any deep value.
