Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | Rubicon. An Australian based company that is also in the US. Our irrigation District has done a lot of work with them. They are leaders in automated water delivery.
Reading along here, I think solid set big guns might be your best option but Rubicon might be able to automate it for you.
Edit to add. You need to search for Rubicon Water otherwise Rubicon will bring up a bunch of Jeeps! :) I know Rubicon does business in Idaho.
