How many road crossings are on it?

I could see some imaginative person, buying a section, buying an old boxcar railroad car, and turning into a unique home.  Setting with a 2-acre lot would take a length around 750 feet; setting up with a 5-acre lot would take about 1910 feet.  So, setting up with 5-acre lots, there would be enough for 19 lots?  How many road crossings?   One lot on each side of the road?  How is home availability in the area?

Would depend on the price of the lot.

Just a thought.
