I helped remove a abandoned railroad site once... It was raised up for drainage ect... The amouth of poles and rail ties that were in there vertically placed to hold the tracks was amazing plus all the ballast beading... It was some hard digging with a trackhoe and leveled with a dozer... Would not have made the same good farm ground that was beside it... But worked fine for the guy paying to build Appartments on...
What would you do with a field that was 7 miles long?
