Floor jack. If its dry sleeve run a bead of weld up each side of sleeve.
THIS a welder solves ALMOST everything ------
Simple physics shrink the sleeve pops right out
Pulled liners out of a Mack 300 engine 1975 truck
used a forklift and a chain
Didn't have a floor jack :-)
