Buy a 46-row planter and set it on 23.74" rows.

Seriously, I would not touch that with a 10-foot pole for tillable ground.

I'm not sure what it would be good for, but even if it were gifted to you, getting rid of the compaction alone would require more than it was worth.

I'm not sure how they build railroad beds, but I bet it would be expensive to undo.

Just my .02, and worth what you paid.
