Bow Island, Alberta
And only 114 feet wide?

A realtor is listing a property that used to be rail line, with only the rails and ties removed. It's 7 miles long and only 97 acres so the average width would be about 114'. Most of the land on either side is farmed and there are a few roads crossing it. It would take a lot of dirt work to be able to farm it, and then it would still be quite poor, because most of the topsoil would have been buried. Pictures don't show any fences.
