Do you know what’s up with the replacement orbital motor in Vons picture? At that point I’d just retrofit a dan foss pved orbital, would be a much cleaner install.
I may be wrong, but from what I understand the ATC essentially adds a second steering orbital motor that is turned by an electric motor instead of using a PWM valve or something like that.
Yeah, that's what I remember seeing as well....the main selling point is is a direct install with instructions for a SG Deere.
Reichardt makes kits to steer pretty much any valve with Deere electronics as well...so you could potentially snag a Trimble/Ag Leader/ whatever valve and wire it to Deere Greenstar with their components.
But, for $4K and then you plug in your Deere display and Starfire directly, that doesn't seem high at all if that's the case. If that's just the hydraulic kit and you need more, then maybe the Reichardt option with a different valve is more cost effective?
