I’ve had one service call related to emissions since JD came out with Tier 4 engines. Over 20 pieces of machinery and some of them are approaching 3,000 hours too.

Approaching 3000 hrs??? So they are 2 years old???? If you plan on keeping them my crystal ball says you have atleast 10 def headers in your future at the price of 1500 each give or take. And thats just the part price.

I have 4 deere tractors with tier 4 final and 3 of them needed def headers. And 2 of them were becuase of a bad level sensor but its all intergrated and non setviceable. The other was def quailty sensor.

I think 1 or 2 of the 4 needed work under warranty but i am not even counting that as it was just lost time out of my pocket

You sir need to buy a lottery ticket if you have 20 machines at say 2000 hours. 40,000 run hours and not a single emissions issue might need contact to Guinness. Then agian maybe dont buy that lottery ticket sounds like you already used up all your luck.
