If you aren’t willing to go through the work/expense/regulatory hurdles to carry an Auto Dealer’s License, why should you be able to bid at auto dealers auctions?
Vehicle auctions open to the public are fascinating places and I encourage you to be extremely aware of both your surroundings and the items you are bidding on. Stuff ends up there for a reason.
