SW MO | I work alone most of the time so it’s kind of nice to have the occasional visitor or phone call. There is a salesman from a dealership over an hour away who comes by some. I figure if he thinks enough to drive to my place I should be appreciative, plus I like dealing with the guy. Sometimes I’ll have to tell people that I really need to get going and that usually works but I don’t work on a strict laid out schedule either. I do have a friend who is home bound that calls me about once a week. I really enjoy getting to talk to him and deep down I know that phone conversations are really the only interaction he has with his friends any more. If I can’t talk when he calls I always try to call him back that day when I’ve got some time. I don’t mind making my day run a little longer into the night to do some things like this. Work has to get done but I feel like for me I can adjust my time to accommodate some things. | |
