One thing we see around here is short down spouts and cross conveyors. This cuts the height of the leg down and minimize this grain damage and to a lesser extent condensation issues. With a 1500 bu pit and 7500 bph leg, you could keep up with two class 8 combines depending on how far away the field is. With fewer trucks that becomes less practical
