mercer county, il		If it’s the e brake caliper seized up, it was probably assembled wrong.

You can still get all the parts to rebuild them (it’s pretty easy) and I’m pretty sure you can still get them from big tractor parts.

I have a spare normal and e brake caliper on the shelf, they’re not too hard to find.
