Central ND | If you start looking at ROI on many things in farming, buying land, etc vs investing....
We should all sell the farm to BTO and live off investments. Sadly that's closer to the real fact for a lot of farm investments.
Having that battle internally with myself. No heated shop on our farm in the middle of ND. Which means maintenance/field prep happens in the unthaw stage of 40s, in season, or in summer. Takes a good amount of cash to put a heated place up, but is the ROI really there? | |
