IF you can run over 10,000 bushel an hour, I would want at least a 15,000 or more leg.
With your location, I bet you can dry a lot with just air. 20% corn 20 ft deep is kind of my limit but if you are set up to keep it moving, it will dry some while being legged.
I think one of the local terminals that had no drier, claimed in good weather they could drop a point moving grain from one bin to another.
