Put it on the pavement away from home. Maintenance on the truck will be less. It will be easier to hire trucks.
One will also be able to capture quick ship bids when others can't haul.
Build away from the house. The noise can be elsewhere when you own it. The noise will be elsewhere if you sell it.
Plus no one wants to buy a bin site next to a house.
John’s right you’re not
I would say Dave’s right on this one. Never know what happens in the future and it’s hard to sell a bin site beside your house. Value will go up on the site along hiway.
