One thing to remember with propane, you can buy in the off season for usually a cheaper price. Can also contract it if the price is good. I don't know if you can do that with natural gas or not. I've burned a lot of propane drying corn with zero issues. Not having natural gas is definitely not a deal breaker for me. Now 3 phase that is almost a must.
