There's lots of people in area getting 30/hr rapping duct tape on a leaking pipe.
Not many people to bleed air off radiators so house is warm. In 30 minutes.
HVAC guys 150 service call. Plumbers 100 to 150.
Not being a jerk. Ran many senarios and just trying to make billing and there cost side more clear and straight forward.
