There was a BTO near here.... that well....couldn't keep his zipper zipped. John Deere Mud deals every year, told potential landlords he needed their ground to help pay for machinery...they magically feel at his feet. He got one in the oven where it didn't belong to trigger divorce #1 and a "retirement" sale. Fast forward and #2 not as blissful as imagined...assets are dwindling and nobody is coming to help, all wised up. Mahomes scenario can be close to reality
