Subject: Lost luggage

Southern Illinois

The family is in Florida at Disney World. Our luggage has been lost by American Airlines for 5 days due to weather delays getting here. I have never been through this before. Can't seem to find a way to talk to a real person. Can anybody give me advise on how to handle this?
